摘要
目的分析不同产地沙姜挥发油的化学成分。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法提取沙姜挥发油,以气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术进行分析。结果不同产地沙姜挥发油的化学成分有所不同,但总体差异不大,均含有较高含量的对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯、肉桂酸乙酯、δ-3-蒈烯和冰片,其中以对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯含量最高,建议作为定量指标。结论本方法稳定可靠,重现性好,适合于沙姜挥发油的化学成分分析,为沙姜质量评价提供了科学依据。
Objective Study on the constituents of essential oil in Kacmpferia galanga L. from various habitats. Method The essential oil was extracted by water distillation method and analyzed by GC-MS. Result The constituents of essential oil in Kacmpferia galanga L. from various habitats only have a little difference. High quantity of ethyl p-methoxycinnamate, ethyl cinnamate, δ-3-Carene and borneol were detected, especially the ethyl p-methoxycinnamute, which can be used as a quality control parameter of Kacmpferia galanga L.. Conclusion The method is reliable and repeatable for the quality evaluate of Kacmpferia galanga L..
