摘要
目的建立刺五加药材提取工艺。方法以异秦皮啶和甲醇浸出物为指标,采用正交试验法,对最佳提取工艺进行工艺参数考察。结果刺五加粗粉加12倍量的75%乙醇分3次回流提取,每次2.0h为最佳提取工艺。结论该提取工艺合理,生产实际操作简单,适合于大规模生产。
Objective To establish the extraction process of Acanthopanax senticosus （Rupr. et Maxim.） Harms. Methods The optimum extraction conditions were investigated by the orthogonal design,the acquisition ration of methanol extraction and the total amount of isofraxidin act as the examination standard.Result The optimum extraction condition obtained is adding i2 times amount of 75% alcohol and extracting for 2 hours（totally extracting for 3 times）.Conclusion thelextraction method is masonable,procedure is simple and is easy for manufacture.
