摘要
通过化学成分分析、体外消化率测定,研究了单纯尿素处理、2%尿素与氢氧化钙复合处理对小麦秸营养价值的影响。结果表明,秸秆中氮保留率除受尿素剂量影响外,也直接受氢氧化钙剂量的影响(P<0.01),氢氧化钙剂量大于6%时,氮保留率可达到98%。2%尿素和氢氧化钙复合处理,氢氧化钙为4%时,提高营养价值效果与单纯6%尿素处理相当;氢氧化钙为6%时,效果与4%NaOH处理相当。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of treatment with calcium hydroxide and 2% urea on nutritional value of wheat straw by chemical analysis,in vitro two-stage digestion trial. The results showed that the proportion of N residue in wheat straw was affected by the dose of calcium hydroxide besides affection of urea dose. The proportion of N residue reached to 98% if wheat straw was treated with the combination of 2% urea and 6%(or higher) calcium hydroxide. When wheat straw was treated with the combination of 2% urea and 4% calcium hydroxide,the effect of increasing nutrtional value of wheat straw was equal to that of treatment with only 6% urea; when wheat straw was treated with the combination of 2% urea and 6% calcium hydroxide,the effect was equal to that of treatment with only 4% NaOH.
