多维气相色谱法分析复杂组分高温气体 被引量:3

摘要 采用多维气相色谱法,用岛津GC 14C气相色谱仪,采用自动阀切换技术,完成丙烯酸(MMA)合成过程中高温气体组分在线分析。采用1根填充柱做为预柱,分离无机气体及有机组分。2根填充柱测定永久气体。1根聚乙二醇毛细柱分离有机酸及醛类组分。用氢火焰离子化检测器及热导检测器分别检测有机类及无机气体。采用外标面积归一化法进行定量计算。整个系统具有分析结果重复性好、准确度高、省时、操作方便等特点。 The on line analysis of the components of high temperature gas in methl methacrylate synthesis is carried out by multi-column gas chromatograph on Shimadzu GC-14C gas chromatograph using auto valve switch technology.The inorganic gas is separated from organic components by using a packing column as a pre-column,the permanent gas is determined by two packing columns,the organic acid is separated from aldehyde components by a polyethylene glycol capillary column,the organic gas and inorganic gas are detected by flame ionization detector and thermal conductivity detector respectively.The quantitative calculation is carried out by external standard and area normalization method.The analysis system has advantages of good repeatability,high accuracy,short time and convenient operation,etc.
