摘要
讨论了网络信息资源开发利用的程序与方式,以及深层次开发利用网络信息资源的有关问题。
The network information resource （NIR） is total of the digitized and multimedia information on the network. And exploitation of NIR is that information service organizations collect and organize NIR by modem information technology. A discussian is carried out on the exploitation procedure and mode of NIR, and some issues about its deep-seated exploitation.
