矿质元素对白灵侧耳和鲍鱼侧耳菌丝生长的影响 被引量:5

摘要 研究了培养基中添加不同无机盐及其不同浓度对白灵侧耳(Pleurotus nebrodensis)和鲍鱼侧耳(Pleurotusabalonus)菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,KH2PO4、MgSO4促进白灵侧耳菌丝生长的适宜浓度分别为0.3%、0.1%,NaCl、KCl、CaSO4.2H2O的适宜浓度均为0.5%,H3BO3对白灵侧耳菌丝生长的影响较小;KH2PO4、MgSO4、NaCl、KCl、CaSO4.2H2O、H3BO3促进鲍鱼侧耳菌丝生长的适宜浓度分别为0.2%、0.1%、0.1%、0.5%、0.2%、0.01%,H3BO3对菌丝生长的促进作用微小;CaSO4.2H2O对白灵侧耳和鲍鱼侧耳菌丝生长的促进作用最大;ZnSO4.7H2O对两种侧耳菌丝生长均有明显的抑制作用。 The effect of different inorganic salts on the mycelium growth of Pleurous nebrodensis and Pleurotus abalonus was studied. The ~sults showed that the optimal consistence of KH2PO4, MgSO4, NaCl, KCl, CaSO4· 2H2O for mycelium growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis were 0. 3 %, 0. 1%, 0. 5 %, 0. 5 %,0. 5 % respectively. The optimum consistence of KH2PO4, MgSO4 NaCl, KCl, CaSO4 · 2H2 O, H3 BO3 for mycelium growth of Pleurotus abalonus were 0. 2% ,0.1% ,0.1% ,0.5% ,0.2% ,0.01%, respectively. Among the inorganic salts the best power on the mycelium growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis and Pleurotus abalonus was CaSO4 · 2H2 O; the least power was H3 BO3. ZnSO4·7H2O had obvious inhibition effect on the mycelium growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis and Pleurotus abalonus.
