摘要 以渤海某稠油油田原油、采出水和驱油用聚合物为基础,借鉴陆地类似油田产出聚合物的变化情况,结合油田实际产出物,配制了模拟产出物。制备了一种破乳剂,考察了破乳剂、聚合物、水相体积比例、温度、矿化度、pH值、剪切强度、粒子含量、溶剂和其它药剂等因素对破乳性能的影响和电脱水,并进行了现场评价。 On the basis of one heavy oil, the production water and polymer for polymer flooding in Bohai oilfield, the produced fluids were simulated according to the produced fluids of the onshore oilfield. The demulsi fiers were prepared, and effects of demulsifiers, polymers, water volume percentage of produced fluid, temperature , salinity, pH, shear strength, solid particle content, solvent and other water handling chemicals on demulsification were investigated. Additionally, the electrical dehydration and on - site tests were conducted. It was shown that water cut of crude oil was less than 1 % when the polymer AP - P4 concentration was 110 mg/L.
