摘要
以薄壁套筒类零件的车削加工为研究对象,分析了影响加工精度的各种主要因素,基于加工成型原理,建立了加工误差预测数学模型,在该模型中融入了工艺系统中存在的随机误差因素。针对加工误差预测函数中有随机变量的问题,给出了一种基于蒙特卡罗的求解方法,由于预测结果是一个概率分布,提高了加工误差预测的有效性。文章最后给出了验证实例。
The paper studies the turning of thin-walled cylinder body ,analyzes the main factors influencing the machining error and builds a math modeling of machining error prediction based on shape processing mechanism.This modeling involves random errors of process system.It makes difficult to calculate the prediction function including random variables .In this paper,a new method is given to solve this problem based on Monte -Carlo method .Its result is a possibility distribution that greatly improves the accruacy of error prediction.At last gives an example to illustrate it .
