超干贮藏对芝麻生长发育和产量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 选用豫芝四号芝麻品种为材料,将不同含水量的种子分别密封在25℃和5℃时贮藏12个月。结果表明:超干贮藏对芝麻种子发芽、根和苗的生长、发育时期等有影响,而且这种影响持续到芝麻的整个生长发育过程;25℃下适当干燥能使芝麻种子保持较高活力水平,存在一个超干水平临界值,25℃贮藏时为3.78%,5℃贮藏时为6.01%,在临界值时单果重和干重均较重,植株干物质积累速度较快,蒴粒数较多,植株稍高。相关分析表明,芝麻种子活力与发芽率和株高达极显著或显著正相关,与出苗期和开花期达极显著或显著负相关。 Sesame seeds No.4 was selected as the sample, and the seeds with different water content were airproofed at the tempreture of 25℃ and 5℃ repectively for 12 months. The main result as follows:Super dry storage affected sesame seed germination, root and shoot growth, plant characters and growth days, and its continued during all the growth stage of sesame; Proper water content of seeds stored could remain the seeds with high vigor, the suitable value for super dry was 3.78% when stored at 25℃ and that was 6.01% at 5℃. Activities of antioxidant enzymes kept well in seeds and content of ultimate product of lipid peroxidation such as the fresh and dry weight of the seeding, the accumlation of dry material, plant height and seeds per ear. The correlation analysis indication that there was a significantly positive correlation between seed vigor and plant height and emerging percentage, and seed vigor had a significantly negative correlation with emerging stage and flowering stage.
