摘要
PC级ATSE结构简单,选用合理时其可靠性较高,广泛用于一级负荷、一级负荷中的重要负荷及二级负荷的电源自动转换。由于PC级ATSE担负的重任直接影响重要负荷的供电可靠性,且PC级ATSE是否需在线维修关系到供电运行、操作、投资、安全等诸多问题,为此,笔者从国家现行规范、规程及国家建筑标准设计图集入手,结合PC级ATSE技术参数选用、PC级ATSE的投切条件及运行予以分析,对PC级ATSE在线维修的必要性提出建议。
The construction of class PC ATSE is simple which is reliable if be selected properly, and therefore is widely used for the automatic transfer of first class load, the important load of first class load and the second class load supply. Due to the duty done by ATSE class PC directly effects on the reliability of important load supply and some problems concerning operation, investment and safety, the author analyzes on the condition and operation of class PC according to the present national regulations and codes, and the State Building Standard Design Drawing, and makes the suggestion that there is a necessity of on-line maintenance for class PC ATSE.
