摘要
本文调查了39份水样中噬菌蛭弧菌、大肠菌群、细菌总数,发现水样中噬菌蛭弧菌与大肠菌群数呈现高度正相关(r=0.7649,P<0.005),与细菌总数也呈高度正相关(r=0.899,P<0.005),当细菌总数在103个/ml以下,大肠菌群数在95个/L以下时,噬菌蛭弧菌的检出为0,随水体中细菌总数的增加,噬菌蛭弧菌含量也增加。
This paper reports the result of the investigation on the relation between Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus and Coliforms group and the total number of bacteria in 39 water samples.It has been found that there is a high positive correlation between Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus and Coliforms groups: r=0 7649,P <0 005. There is also a high positive correlation between Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus and the total number of bacteria: r=0 899,P <0 005。 When the total bumber of bacteria is below 10 3cFu/ml and Coliforms group below 95/L,we failed to isolate Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus from the water.However,with the increase of the total number of bacteria in the water,the number of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus increases.
