摘要
国内外对HBVcccDNA的研究有了新进展。大量动物实验表明cccDNA的合成与体内的细胞因子及包膜蛋白之间有一定的相关性。随着PCR技术的进一步发展,新的检测方法逐渐形成并广泛应用于临床,能够对cccDNA进行具体量化,并且能够对临床抗病毒药物进行疗效的评估。
The research to HBVeccDNA had made new advancement inside and outside. A great quantity animal experiments manifested that synthesize of cccDNA has a certainly correlation with cell factor and envelope protein in body. With the further advancement of PCR technology, new detect measures have formed gradually and applied in clinical popularly and are able to carry concrete quantification out ,moreover , they can appraise curative effects of clinical anti-virus medicines.
