摘要
讨论了不同条件下电厂粉煤灰对造纸厂废水的处理效果,通过粉煤灰浸溶实验,研究了酸处理后造纸废水作电厂冲灰水源,灰水质量比0.067~0.1时,在pH值为1.0~3.0范围内,对后续的冲灰系统防垢非常有利,而且造纸废水的CODCr去除率可达50%以上,证明了用造纸厂废水作电厂冲灰水的可行性,有利于实现电厂冲灰水闭路循环,环境和社会效益显著。
Effects of fly ash from power plant on paper-making wastewater treatment under different conditions were discussed, through the soaking experiment of fly ash, the process that using acid-treated paper-making wastewater as ash-sluicing water in power plant was studied, the condition that the mass ratio of ash and water was 0.067 - 0.1, pH value ranged 1.0 - 3.0 benefited the scale prevention for the following ash-sluicing system, furthermore, the removal rate of CODCr was above 50%, the test proved the feasibility of using paper-making wastewater as ash-sluicing water in power plant, which not only benefited the accomplishment of the ash-sluicing system with water closed circulation, but also brought remarkable environmental benefits and society benefits.
