摘要
介绍了心理契约的理论和意义,并从心理契约的角度分析了员工心理契约与企业员工培训的关系,并对如何结合员工心理契约提高员工培训的有效性,提出了合理化的建议。
This paper introduces the theory and significance of the psychological contract, and from the angle of the psychological contract, analyzes on the relation between the psychological contract of the employees and the training of the employees, and puts forward some rational suggestions on how to increase the effectiveness of the training of the employees connecting with the psychological contract of the employees.
