摘要
保定中法供水有限公司原水取自西大洋水库,在夏秋两季存在原水微污染现象,尤其在溶解性锰含量高时会造成出厂水色度超标。通过对原水进行差压曝气、预加氯处理,并结合生产工艺进行一系列技术改造,引进了国内第一台水中锰在线分析仪,实现了高锰酸钾的及时精确投加,从而确保出厂水色度控制在5度以下。
Generally the raw water taken from the Xidayang Reservoir was slightly polluted at summer and autumn, especially the uprising of soluble Mn caused unacceptable colority in output water. Pre-purification such as differential pressure aeration and pre-clorination were applied and a real-time on-line Mn monitor was installed for exactly in time chemical (potassium permanganate) dosing. Now the colority of output water is always less than 5 degree.
