摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑推理法分析了体育习惯与运动技能的关系,并构建了二者的关系图.结果认为,技能先导论缺乏理论依据,其正确性值得商榷;运动技能本身不能促进体育习惯的养成与保持;负性运动技能阻碍体育行为的发生和体育习惯的养成;正性的运动技能对体育行为的发生与体育习惯的保持有良好的作用;建立一种绝对评价机制是正性运动技能形成并与体育习惯保持互动的前提.
With the research methods such as literature review and logical analysis, it was thought that the standpoint of the technical ability being the first is wrong; The technical ability itself can't promote the athletics habit; Negative technical ability obstructed the athletics habit to form; Positive technical ability promote the athletics habit to form; To construct a kind of absolute evaluation mechanism was throught to be premise in order to promote the positive athletics habit.
