Clinical significance of serum uric acid level in patients with chronic heart failure.

摘要 目的探讨慢性心力衰竭患者血清尿酸的变化及临床意义。方法选择300例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究组及180例心功能正常者为对照组。测定血清尿酸及血脂等指标,同时应用超声心动图测定左心室射血分数、左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末期内径、每搏输出量、心排血量。结果血清尿酸水平与心功能分级相关,合并高尿酸血症的慢性心力衰竭患者室性心律失常的发生率增加。结论血清尿酸水平与慢性心力衰竭的心功能分级相关,可能是慢性心力衰竭判定预后的预测因子。 Objective To investigate the changes of serum uric acid levels and its clinical significance in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 300 cases of chronic heart failure were taken as study group and 180 cases of normal cardiac function were taken as control group. Serum uric acid and blood lipid levels were determined and meanwhile left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) ,left ventricular end-systolic dimention (LVESD) ,left ven- tricular end-diastolic dimension ( LVEDD), stroke volume (SV) and cardiac output (CO) were determined by echo- cardiography. Results Serum uric acid leyel was correlated with cardiac function classification. The incidence rate of ventricular arrhythmia was increased in hyperuricemic patients with chronic heart failure. Conclusion Serum uric acid level is correlated with cardiac function classification, which maybe a factor for evaluation of prognosis of chronic heart failure.
