摘要
目的：提高部颁标准中灯盏花素片生产工艺处方可操作性。方法：先小批量试剂生产,规模化生产进行验证。结果：小规模试制各6批。结论：调整辅料后处方经放大生产验证,具有生产可操作性。
Objective：In order to put the legislative standard into practice. Methods： Making in small scale at first then producting in large scale. Results： 6 batches of tablets having been made according either to the legislative prescription or the adjusted prescription. Conclusion：The adjusted prescription can be well put into practice.
