摘要
寿命指针技术是实施全寿命安全保障,提高结构安全性的一种途径。寿命指针技术通过实时测量传感器的输出,获取结构表面所受载荷,利用寿命预测模型来预测和分析结构剩余寿命和安全程度。基于现场总线和数字信号处理器,研制了寿命指针单元,并提出了远程寿命监测系统的实现结构。寿命指针单元用于区域的结构寿命监测,并可组成适合大型结构的分布式寿命监测网络,及远程监测。
Life-index technology is an approach to implementing a lifecycle safety guarantee system and improving the level of predicting the potential damage of engineering structures. The life-index module, which obtains its load by sensing the load of structures in-situ and evaluates their safety level and remaining life, is developed to implement a lifeeyele safety monitoring system. The module has been developed with field-bus technology and digital signal processors (DSP). The system architecture for remote monitoring of structural safety is proposed. The module can be used to monitor the damage in a local area of a structure while a module connected with field-buses can construct a distributed lifeeyele monitoring network for large structures.
