摘要 给出企业信息化集成平台的应用构架模式,集成不同环境下的应用系统,实现产品开发全过程的信息共享和交流及知识创新和重用。研究支持企业产品创新开发全过程的核心平台技术,包括产品全寿期管理、协同设计及制造资源优化配置等。提出企业信息化集成平台的构建方案,并进行了有效的实施。企业应用实践表明:以PDM/iMAN及ANSYS/W orkBench为核心软件进行系统封装,可以满足企业信息集成和共享的需求,实现产品开发过程的协同工作。 The application architecture pattern of integration platform was given to integrate application system within different environment, and it can implement information share; information exchange; knowledge innovation and knowledge reuse during the full process of product innovative development. The technologies of platform, such as PLM, collaborative design and ERP were studied,which supports the full process of product development of enterprise. The fulfilment scheme of enterprise informatization integration platform was put forward, and it was carried out effectively in our corporation. The application results show that the encapsulated system by PDM/iMAN and ANSYS/WorkBeneh can satisfy demands of integration and share of enterprise information, and implement product collaborative development.
