摘要 针对复杂装备售后维修服务需求,结合各种信息技术,提出了基于网络和移动通信技术的装备售后维护维修服务系统;阐述了系统的研制过程及其关键技术,完成了装备综合维护维修服务管理子系统、客户在线服务子系统和移动服务子系统的设计与开发,并介绍了一个自行开发的实际系统及其运行情况。 To deal with maintenance service requirement of complex equipments, an after-sale service and maintenance system for equipments was proposed based on the network and mobile communication technologies. Research and development process and its key technologies were discussed. The design and development of three subsystems have been completed which include maintaining and maintenance service management subsystem, customer's online service subsystem and mobile service subsystem. Finally, an actual system and its operation status were introduced.
