摘要
综合介绍各种模具表面改性或涂覆镀层的强化方法,除传统的渗合金元素法外,还介绍了电化学沉积、放电表面处理、激光表面强化等新技术。分析了各种方法的特点以及最终取得的综合效益。
Kinds of die & mold surface rectifying or the hardening methods to spread cover plating layer are summarized, besides traditional seeping alloy element method, the new technology including chemical electro-deposition,discharging surface treatment,and laser surface hardening are introduced. The character of different methods and the benefits are analyzed.
