摘要
自1973年Kemp将一组有典型劳力型心绞痛而冠状动脉造影正常的患者称之为X综合征以来，随着冠脉造影的大量开展，有关X综合征的研究报道逐年增加。在其病因、发病机理方面出现许多新观点、新理论．现综述如下。
