摘要
作为我国对外窗口、改革试验田和市场经济前沿的保税区,在扩大开放、促进中国公司跨国化、发展国际自由贸易区,以及参与经济全球化和率先建立市场经济体制等方面发挥了巨大作用。保税区的企业大都为中外人员共同工作,由此导致了企业管理中的跨文化问题。应该看到,这是一个重要的企业管理问题。文化背景的不同,在企业管理中造成文化冲突,导致跨文化问题的产生。为此,应该确立跨文化管理观念、文化平等观念和文化融合观念,通过异质文化间的平等交流、沟通,达到不同文化间的相互理解、相互协调、优势互补,减少、缓和和妥善解决保税区企业中的跨文化问题,达到有效管理的目的。
free trade zone is As the window to the outside world, front area of reform and market economy, playing an increasing role in promoting reform and multinational, developing the international free trade zone, founding the market economy and economic globalization. In free trade zone, the staffs are from different countries in many enterprises, where culture problem arises in the management. To be worthy to point out, since there is large difference between China and the advanced countries on morals, habit, national culture, state situation, social system, economic base, the culture friction is inevitable. As a result, the right culture conception should be made and through understanding and exchanging with equality, the efficient measures should be taken to solve the culture problem.
