摘要
借用企业绩效评估理念,对医院后勤服务社会化运行的绩效进行了考核。结果显示:实施后勤服务社会化后,医院的公众满意度得到了大幅度提升,环境优势已成为吸引病人来院就医的一个重要因素;医院后勤服务的人力成本大幅下降,而服务质量明显提高;医院对后勤服务的投入相对恒定,而医院的业绩大幅增加;医院管理中面临的部分风险得以转嫁,医疗质量稳步提高。
The authors evaluate performance of social hospital logistic services with performance evaluation in corporation. The result shows that satisfaction increases and good environment has become a factor to attract patients after social logistic services in hospital. At the same time, cost of human resource decreases and quality improves better. The input from hospital keeps steadiiy while income of hospital increase greatly. Some risk in hospital management has been transferred and service quality has been improved.
