摘要
目的制备奥硝唑牙科用栓剂,并建立质量控制标准。方法筛选基质,并确定基质组成比例,采用紫外分光光度法测定牙栓中奥硝唑的含量。结果以奥硝唑为主药,明胶甘油为基质制备成牙用栓剂。平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.3%。结论该制剂制备工艺简单可行,质量控制方法准确、可靠,可望为牙周病治疗提供一种新的治疗手段。
Objective To prepare ornidazole suppository and establish the quality standard for the treatment of periodontitis. Methods The proper base material was chosen and the proportion of main ingredients was determined. The content of ornidazole in the ornidazole suppository was detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results For the suppository prepared by omidazole and gelatin glycerol, the recovery rate was 100. 1%, RSD was 0.3%. Conclusion The preparation technique is simple, stable in quality, and convenient, accurate and precise in quality control. It is possible to supply a new therapy to periodontitis.
