摘要
目的探讨超声对卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析25例经手术及病理证实为卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转的超声图像特征。结果囊内细光点回声显示率60%,囊肿位置改变为68%,双肿块显示率24%,盆腔积液为76%。结论上述超声图像特征对诊断卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转是可靠的客观依据。
Objective To evaluate the ultrasonic diagnostic value of ovarian tumor with pedicle twisted. Methods We retrospectively analysed the characteristics of twisted ovarian tumors in 25 cases on sonograms which were confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results The demonstration rates of cystic tiny light- spots, variable cystic position, double masses and pelvic effusion were 60%, 68%, 24% and 76%, respectively. Conclusions The ultrasonic imaging characteristics were reliable objective basis for diagnosis of twisted ovarian tumors.
