摘要
采用X射线衍射仪、光学显微镜和电化学分析等方法,研究了固溶/时效处理对奥氏体耐热钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,奥氏体耐热钢经固溶/时效处理后,其组织为奥氏体基体及弥散分布的碳化物M6C和金属问化合物Laves相,合金具有良好的耐热性,工作温度可达700~850℃。
Effects of solid solution/aging on microstructure and properties of austenitic heat resistant steel were studied by X-ray diffraction meter, optical microscope and electron-chemical analysis. The results show that after solid solution/ageingt the steel's microstructure consists of austenitic base, dispersed carbides M6C and metallic compound Laves phase. The new alloy has superior high temperature mechanical properties and oxidation resistance. Its working temperature can be reached 700 - 850℃.
