摘要
目的:探讨准分子激光双面原位角膜磨镶术矫治后巩膜加固术后高度近视的有效性。方法:选择18例(36眼)后巩膜加固术后高度近视患者,屈光度数稳定1a以上,行准分子激光双面原位角膜磨镶术,观察其术后视力、屈光度的变化。结果:17例裸眼视力(uncorrectedvisualacuity,UCVA)达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力(bestcorrectedvisualacuity,BCVA),1例术后裸眼视力较术前最佳矫正视力下降1行。近视屈光度由术前-11.58±1.57D减小至术后3mo时-0.51±0.96D。结论:准分子激光双面切削原位角膜磨镶术矫治后巩膜加固术后高度近视具有可预测性、有效性和稳定性。
AIM: To study the effectiveness of both side LASIK (BSL) treating high myopia after posterior sderal reinforcement.
HETHODS: 18 patients (36 eyes) with high myopia after posterior scleral reinforcement underwent BSL.The changes of visual acuity and refraction were observed.
RESULTS: 17 patients had same or better visual acuity than the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) before the operation. 1 patient had one line decreased. Refraction was changed from -11.58 ± 1.57DS pre operation to -0.51 ±0.96DS 3 mo post operation. CONCLUSION: BSL is predictable, accurate and stable to treat high myopia after posterior scleral reinforcement.
