The subchronic toxic effects of Rana nigromaculata viscera tissues exposed 30d in different Cd^2+ concentrations (10-40mg/L) were studied adopting toxial experiment technique. At the exposure concentration 〉30mg/L, the hepatosomatic index (HSI) of Rana nigromaculata decreased markedly. The Na^+-K^+-ATPase activities in the liver, kidney and heart decreased with Cd^2+ concentration increased, expressing obvious concentration-effect relationship. In the treatment of same concentration (20mg/L) and different time, the Na^+-K^+-ATPase activities in the liver and kidney tissues tended to raise first and then declined, and there two tissues showed more sensitive on Cd^2+. The decrease of HSI and the change of Na^+-K^+-ATPase activities of liver, kidney and heart reflected at definite degree the damage action of cadmium on Rana nigromaculata.
