摘要
微小型零件的加工和装配有其独特的要求。根据高加速装置中微小型轴与齿轮的结构特点,提出了4种装配工艺方案,并通过模拟仿真或装配试验,证明了装配方案的可行性。在此基础上总结了4种装配方法的特点和适用范围。为微小型系统的集成提供技术支持。
Special requirements are needed for machining and assembling miniature parts. Four schemes for their assembling processes were put forward in light of the structural characteristics of miniature spindles and gears. The feasibility of the assembling schemes was affirmed by FEM simulation or trial mounting. Their special features and applicable areas were summarized. All these offer technic support for miniature system integration.
