经鼻垂体瘤切除应用静脉镇痛疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察经鼻入路垂体瘤切除患者应用术后静脉自控镇痛(PC IA)和镇静的疗效。方法:20例择期经鼻入路垂体瘤切除患者随机分为两组:A组芬太尼12μg/mL+格拉司琼3 m g;B组未行镇痛。记录术前及术后6 h、18 h、24 h和48 h的心率、平均动脉压、呼吸频率和瞳孔大小,术后各点的疼痛视觉模拟评分,R am say镇静评分,恶心、呕吐评分及PC IA参数。结果:术后6h、18h、24hA组VA S评分显著低于B组(P<0.01)。术后48 h A组与B组VA S评分差异无显著性(P>0.05)。各组间R am say评分、恶心呕吐评分、瞳孔大小、平均动脉压及呼吸差异无显著性(P>0.05)。B组患者6 h、18 h和24 h的心率较术前显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:经鼻入路垂体瘤切除应用PC IA是可行的。芬太尼持续输注是该类患者术后镇痛一种比较理想的选择。
