The correlation between adiponectin and diabetic nephropathy and nondiabetic nephropathy

摘要 目前,国内外关于脂联素与肾病,尤其是糖尿病肾病的研究甚少。在仅有的几篇报道中发现血清脂联素水平在糖尿病肾病及非糖尿病肾病的大量白蛋白尿期显著升高。这一结果与血清脂联素水平在动脉粥样硬化时的变化相反,其机制尚不清楚。推测可能是因为脂联素在脂肪组织中的合成和(或)释放至血液循环中的量增加,以减轻终末期肾病时的微血管病变,可能与自身保护机制有关。 Recently, there is few study about the correlation between adiponectin and nephropathy, especially diabetic nephropathy. Some studies show that serum adiponeetin levels are markedly increased in patients with macroalbuminuria in diabetic nephropathy and nondiabetic nephropathy. The result is different from the change of adiponectin in atherosclerosis. The mechanism still remains unclear. The synthesis of adiponectin in adipose tissue and/or its secretion into circulating blood may be enhanced to mitigate microvascular damage in the advanced stage of nephropathy, which may be related to self-protection,
