摘要
本文从降低投资与运行费的角度对堆肥技术与工艺进行分析,并指出堆肥技术的提高不在于单纯地提高机械化的程度,而是要把握生物反应系统的主要反应条件,并对通风量进行优化。对过程的影响因素——氧含量、温度、湿度进行了系统分析,并介绍了相应的控制方法与工程技术。
Taking into account the current situation in China,the function and application of the MSW composting are discussed.In addition to the traditional application of the compost as fertilizer for farming,forest or greening,the composting can be understood as an important pretreatment of MSW prior to the landfilling or biological drying before the incineration,in order to increase the heating value of the MSW.From the point of decreasing investment and operational costs,the analysis is made that the priority should be given to the main reaction conditions of biological systems and ventilation optimization instead of simply emphasizing on mechanization.The main factors of process such as the oxygen content,temprature and moisture are discussed,and a new engineering technology as well as the control method are introduced accordingly.
