摘要
基础教育和谐发展最终要通过学校课程落实于人的发展。基于此,基础教育和谐发展包含个体和谐发展与群体均衡发展,并反映相应的课程价值。促进基础教育和谐发展的课程策略涉及物质、制度和意识三个层面,即有效开发与均衡配置课程资源;建立上下贯通、职责分明的课程保障制度;树立促进学生和谐发展的课程意识和观念。
Harmonious development of basic education will be finally fulfilled to the development of the people through school curriculum. Hence, harmonious development of basic education contains individual harmonious development and group balanced development, reflecting the value of curriculum accordingly. The curriculum strategy of promoting harmonious development of basic education involves three levels: materials, systems and ideology, that is, effective development and balanced distribution of curriculum resources, establishing a supporting system of full communication between the higher and lower levels with clear definition of the duties incumbent on each person or post, and fostering curriculum consciousness and concepts of students' harmonious development.
