摘要
选用来自7个省的不同强筋小麦品种,进行不同氮肥处理,分析其产量和主要品质性状的变化。结果表明:每公顷施纯氮量在0—225kg范围内,产量随施氟量的增加而提高;超过225kg/hm^2,产量略有下降,但差异不显著。不同品种之间产量差异显著,以济麦20产量最高。不同品种的子粒蛋白质含量和加工品质均表现随施氮量脚增加而提高的趋势,不同氮肥处理之间的蛋白质含量差异显著。
Different high-gluten wheat varieties from seven provinces were cultured to study their yield and main quality characteristics by different nitrogenous treatments in this examination. The results indicated that within the range of 0 -225 kg/hm^2 pure nitrogen levels,the grain yield increased with the amount of N-fertilizer added in the condition. The grain yield was reduced when N-fertilizer was over 225 kg/hm^2 and the difference was not remarkable. The yields of different varieties have remarkable differences and the yield of Jimai 20 was the highest one. The grain protein content and processing quality of different varieties all have increasing trend with the amount of N-fertilizer added. The difference among the protein content of different N-fertilizer treatments was remarkable.
