摘要
目的了解我院护士在工作中发生针刺伤的真实情况,和护士对针刺伤的认知程度。方法制定针对性预防措施,提高护士工作中的安全意识。结果发现在我院临床护士中发生针刺伤非常普遍,一些科室如普通外科、心内科等护士平均针刺伤频次明显高于其他科室,护理操作过程中以抽吸药液、配药、用手直接取针头时较其他操作更容易发生针刺伤。结论应当引起全体护士特别是护理管理者的重视。
Objective To investigate the occurrence of needle-stick injuries during clinical work, give proofs of setting up protective ideas and taking corresponding actions for occupation protection. Methods By using aquestionnaire method, to investigate the occurrence of needle-stick injuries among 285 nurses. Results Two hundred and sixty-seven in 285 （93.7%） nurses had such experience; there were an average of 14 times needle-stick injuries occurred in the last year each nurse. Conclusion Nursing staff especially hospital managers should recognize the harms of needle-stick injuries and make more effective measures to improve occupation protective status.
