摘要
在阴极转动无隔膜电解槽中进行了葡萄糖成对电解合成葡萄糖酸钙和山梨糖醇的研究.结果表明,当采用Zn/Hg阴极、石墨阳极和溴化钠催化剂时,在阴极转速400r/min和60℃的电解条件下,葡萄糖酸钙和山梨糖醇的总电流效率为103.8%,总收率为73.8%,葡萄糖的转化率为93.5%.
The electrochemical oxidation of glucose to calcium gluconate and reduction of glucose to sorbitol bhave been paired in an undivided rotating cathode reactor. The operating conditions are a Zn/Hg cathode, a graphite anode, sodium bromide supporting electrolyte, cathode rotating speed of 400 r/min and solution temperature at 60℃. Under these conditions, the current efficiency and the yield of calcium gluconate are 76% and 52. 6%respectively, the sorbitol current efficiency and yield are 27. 8% and 21. 2% respectively, and the conversion of glucose is 93. 5%.
