摘要 选用氯化钠、硫酸钠、三乙醇胺、水玻璃、硅友、粉煤灰等价格比较低廉的水泥外加荆或填料,对锚固工程水泥浆液进行了改性研究.通过室内水泥浆液配制试验优选出水泥外加剂类型及加量比例,使普通硅酸盐水泥浆2~3d凝期的抗压强度提高50%~1009,5,以加快锚固工程施工速度.对于高铝水泥,通过掺入一定量的粉煤友,在浆液早期强度满足要求前提下,可达到降低工程成本之目的. Using sodium chloride, sodium sulphate, three-ethanol amine, sodium silicate, silica ash, fly ash as the additive of cement, the modification of the common cement slurry for anchor engineering was studied. In order to greatly enhance the primary press strength of cement grouting liquid, types and weights proportion of additives were obtained based on the experimental study. The press strength of common silicate cement grouting liquid increases 50% ~100% during two or three days condensing time. For aluminum cement, through adding fly ash, the cost of anchor engineering can greatly be reduced under eligible primary compressive strength of grouting material.
