摘要
目的研究α-氰基丙稀酸酯医用胶和医用生物蛋白胶对神经功能的影响。方法30只雄性SD大鼠分为α-氰基丙稀酸酯医用胶组(A组),医用生物蛋白胶(B组),生理盐水组(C组)。暴露右侧坐骨神经,分别涂抹0.5mlα-氰基丙稀酸酯医用胶,医用生物蛋白胶和生理盐水,于术前、术后1,3,5,7,10,14,21d分别测定术侧后肢机械触诱发痛和温度触诱发痛阈值。结果与术前比较,A组术后各时点机械触诱发痛和温度触诱发痛阈值降低(P<0.05),B组和C组术后各时点与术前差异均无统计学意义。A组与C组比较,A组术后机械触诱发痛和温度触诱发痛阈值降低(P<0.05),B组和C组术后各时点比较差异均无统计学意义。结论α-氰基丙稀酸酯医用胶应用于神经周围可致机械触诱发痛和温度触诱发痛阈值降低。
Objective Assess neurologic function of α-cyanoacrylate medical adhesive and fibrin sealant.Methods Thirty rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:α-cyanoacrylate medical adhesive ( A group} ; fibrin sealant ( B group) ; normal saline ( C group) .0.5ml α-cyanoacrylate medical adhesive or fibrin sealant or normal saline were dripped to the common sciatic nerve.The withdrawal threshold of heat and mechanical stimulation were assessed. Results The thresholds of heat and mechanical stimulation were significantly reduce after surgery in group A ( P 〈0. 05 ). Comparing with group C, the thresholds of heat and mechanical stimulation were significantly reduce after surgery in group A ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Thermal hyperalgesia and mechanical allodynia were induce by a-cyanoacrylate medical adhesive.
