摘要
选用20个具有代表性的南瓜自交系材料,分析其果实中K,Ca,P,Mg,Fe,Zn及总糖、β-胡萝卜素、干物质、蛋白质、纤维、Vc、酸等物质的含量,研究不同南瓜性状间的相关性,探讨用简单易测的品质性状对大量育种早代材料进行快速可靠品质筛选的可行性。结果表明:Ca与干物质、蛋白质,P与酸,Mg与蛋白质,Fe与纤维,Zn与干物质、Vc、蛋白质,总糖与干物质、β-胡萝卜素等性状间相关均达到显著或极显著。
Twenty pumpkin inbred lines were used for the determination of the contents of K, Ca, P, Mg, Fe, Zn, total sugars, β-carotene, dry matter, protein, cellulose, vitamin C and acids. Correlation between mineral contents and other quality traits was calculated in an attempt.to evaluate the feasibility to rapidly screen for genotypes with good quality at the earlier generations. Significant or highly signif- icant correlation was found to exist between Ca and dry matter or protein, P and acids, Mg and protein, Fe and cellulose, Zn and dry matter, vitamin C or protein, and total sugars and dry matter or G-carotene.
