扶正抑瘤颗粒对小鼠肝癌细胞(H_(22)) DNA、RNA及自由基含量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨扶正抑瘤颗粒(FYK)对小鼠肝癌细胞(H22)DNA、RNA及自由基含量的影响。方法:荧光探针吖啶橙(A0)、乙酰乙酸盐-2,7-二氯氢化荧光素(2,7-dichlorofluorescin diacetate,D-399)染色,激光共聚焦显微镜(LSCM)检测经FYK治疗的小鼠肝癌(H22)腹水瘤细胞内DNA、RNA及自由基含量的变化,并和NS组对照。结果:FYK大剂量组DNA、RNA含量较NS对照组明显减少,自由基含量较NS对照组明显增加,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:FYK可以破坏H22细胞的DNA、RNA,使H22细胞内自由基含量增多,具有抗肿瘤作用。 Objective: To discuss the effect of Fuzheng Yiliu Granula (FYG) on content of DNA, RNA and free radicals in liver cancer cells H22 from mice. Methods : Liver cancer cells H22 from mice which being treated by FYG were loaded with acridine orange rluorescenee probe and 2, 7-dichlorofluorescin diacetate probe, observe the change of DNA, RNA and free radicals by laser scanning confocal microscope (LSCM) , Compared with the NS group,Results: Compared with the NS group, It shows a distinct decrease in the content of DNA, RNA and with evidently increase in the content of free radicals in big-dose FYG,The two groups have showed the significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusions : FUG can demolish DNA, RNA and increase free radicals in liver cancer cells H22 from mice. It shows that FYG has the action of anti-carcinoma.
