摘要
一步成苗分化的魔芋组培苗长至3~4cm,分株切割,置入诱导试管芋的不同配比的6种培养基中培养,在不同的光、温条件下培养约20d,在培养基MS+NAA 1mg/L+PP3331mg/L、光照1500~2000lx、温度25~30℃的培养条件下,试管内大量形成试管芋。试管芋播种于大田,成活率达100%,5~6个月收获150~200g的球茎。
Under different temperature and light conditions, 3 -4 cm high plantlets in vitro of Amorphophallus rivieri Durieu were cultured in 6 combinations of culture media for 20 days.Results indicated that MS+ 1.0 mg/L NAA+ 1.0 mg/L PP333 was the best for mass-producing corms in vitro at 1500 - 2000 lx and 25 - 30 ℃ .The survival rate of corms in vitro transplanting in the fields reached nearly 100 % and Tube-tubers in the field can produce large solid corms with 150 - 200 g/l corm after 5 - 6 months.
