平台长桩海上吊装作业控制参数研究 被引量:1

摘要 海洋平台重型长桩的海上安装用起重船完成。在作业时,长桩自重和船体运动引起的惯性载荷有可能损伤长桩。为安全作业,长桩起吊时的跨距和倾角必需合理匹配。通过波浪诱导船体运动计算,获得船尾长桩支座点运动加速度的传递函数和短期预报,由此计算船体运动引起的长桩惯性力,并和静重力合成获得长桩在吊装作业中的弯矩和吊点力。以长桩结构能够承受的最大弯矩和吊点力不为负值作为限制条件,得出安全作业跨距和倾角参数控制曲线。 The installation of long-piles of offshore platform is carried out by lifting vessel while the sloping pile is hung at its top end and supported on the stern at its lower part to slip down. In the operation, the combined loading of the static weight and the inertia force due to the vessel's wave-induced- motion may damage the long pile. For safety the parameters of span and lifting angle of piles during the installation must be controlled very well. In this paper the wave-induced-motion of lifting vessel is calcu lated, the transfer functions and short-term predictions of motions of the pile supporting point at stern are obtained. Based on the inertia loads and static weight, the dynamic bending moments, the static bending moments and the lifting forces are calculated out by the mechanic analysis. With the limitations of the maximal bearable bending moment and the positive lifting force, the controlling parameter curves of span and lifting angle are then acquired to guide the safety operation.
