摘要 当宽带取样示波器的平衡取样电路直流偏置电压Voffset不为零时,在选通脉冲的作用下该平衡取样电路将产生一个幅度与直流偏置电压Voffset成正比的高速脉冲。文中详细地分析了高速脉冲与直流偏置电压Voffset、选通脉冲的关系。并针对一个具体的平衡取样电路进行了仿真研究。结果表明,平衡取样电路能够构成一个可控的高速脉冲发生器。 The balance sampling circuit is produced a high speed pulse by the action of strobe pulse when the dc biased voltage Voffset, of balance sampling circuit on the broadband sampling oscilloscope is not equal to zero, and the high speed pulse is proportion to the dc biased voltage Voffset. The relationship of high speed pulse on the dc biased voltage Voffset, and the strobe pulse is researched detailedly in this paper. Further more, through the simulation on a particular balance sampling circuit, it is shown that the balance sampling circuit is constructed a controllable high speed pulse generator.
