摘要
为寻找理想的光动力疗法(PDT)光敏剂,利用2-硝基-四甲氧基苯基卟啉镍(Ⅱ)和对苯二酚直接进行亲核取代反应,合成了一系列新型化合物2-氢醌四甲氧基苯基卟啉镍(Ⅱ),并经氢核磁共振谱、二维核磁共振谱、红外等对其结构进行了表征.产物2-(2,5-二羟基)苯基-5,10,15,20-四(o-甲氧基苯基)卟啉镍(Ⅱ)(10)(产率18.3%)、2-(5-二羟基)苯基-5,10,15,20-四(m-甲氧基苯基)卟啉镍(Ⅱ)(11)(产率14.1%)、2-(2,5-二羟基)苯基-5,10,15,20-四(p-甲氧基苯基)卟啉镍(Ⅱ)(12)(产率8.8%)的成功合成为2-位取代卟啉的合成提供了新方法.
For seeking ideal photosensitizers used for photodynamic therapy (PDT), a series of 2-(hydroquinon-2-yl)-5,10,15,20-tetrakis (methoxyphenyl) porphyrins nickel ( Ⅱ ) complexes were prepared by direct reaction of 2-nitro-5,10,15,20-tetrakis (methoxyphenyl) porphyrins nickel( Ⅱ ) complexes with hydroquinone. The products were characterized by 1^H NMR, 2D NMR(Two Dimensional NMR Spectroscopy), IR, UVVis, MS and EA. The yields of 2 (hydroquinon-2- yl) 5,10,15,20 tetrakis(o-methoxyphenyl) porphyrin nickel ( Ⅱ ) complex, 2-(hydroquinon-2-yl) 5,10, 15,20-tetrakis (m-methoxyphenyl) porphyrin nickel( Ⅱ ) complex, 2-(hydroquinon-2-yl)-5,10,15,20-tetrakis(p-methoxyphenyl) porphyrin nickel( Ⅱ ) complex are 18.3%, 14. 1%, 8. 8% respectively. Their successful synthesises provide a convenient method for preparing 2-substituted porphyrins.
