摘要
介绍了一种测量流体密度的新方法,即当被测流体流过振动管道时,振动管的共振频率会有所变化,此时利用一维PSD测量变化后的共振频率,并把测得的频率值输入到信号处理电路即可测得流体的密度。另外还着重讲述了测量系统的测量原理、PSD的检测电路、测量系统的实现过程以及系统标定等。最后通过该系统对不同浓度的食盐水测量的实验数据可以证明:利用一维PSD测量流体密度是一种精确且新颖简便的好方法。
Narrated a new way to measure fluid density, When fluid passing through the vibration pipe, which resonant frequency would be changed, the frequency measured by one-dimension PSD was input into a process circuit, then can measured the fluid density. Emphatically tolld the system's measured principle,the corresponding detecting circuit drawings, the realizing processes, and the system' s demarcating.At last, it was proved a kind of exact, novel and simple news by measuring different salt-water densities.
