摘要
以某深基坑工程为例,利用有限元方法对其进行了支护桩几何尺寸对支护效果影响程度的数值模拟,得出了支护桩的最优尺寸;在此基础上,对深基坑开挖和支护过程中经常采用的支护桩、桩锚结构和桩加内支撑结构三种形式根据不同方案进行了数值模拟,得出了锚杆和支撑施加的最佳部位;同时经对比分析各支护形式下最优方案的应力水平云图后发现桩加内支撑支护形式是最适合本基坑工程的支护形式。最终为同类地质条件下的相似基坑工程的优化设计提供了参考依据。
Taking a deep foundation pit as example, numerical simulation of shoring pile with different geometrical dimension which have different shoring effect is done by means of finite element methods. Then, the optimal dimension of pile is obtained. Based on these, three shoring methods which are often adopted in excavation and shoring of deep foundation pit such as shoring pile, pile & anchor and pile & inner brace, are simulated according to different schemes. After analyzing the numerical results, the optimal location of anchor or inner brace acting pile is determined. Simultaneously, contours of the optimal scheme in each shoring method are compared and pile & inner brace scheme is found to be the most acceptable one. Finally, the reference law of optimal design in the similar engineering with the same geological condition is presented too.
