摘要
实验以常用电子陶瓷工艺制备BaTiO3基PTC材料时,通过观察不同烧成温度(分别为1280℃,1300℃,1320℃)的PTC材料的阻温曲线并且通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察其显微结构,发现烧成温度越高,晶粒发育的越好,并且烧成温度升高,材料出现过烧现象,材料的玻璃相和气孔率增大,从而室温电阻率增大。即烧成温度越高,室温电阻率越大。
The microstructure and the room-temperature resistivity of BaTiO3-based PTC in different sintering temperature(1280℃, 1300℃, 1320℃) was observed by SEM. The higher the sintering temperature is, the better crystal grain grow. Owing to glass phrase and pores growing up the room-temperature resistivity was grown up. So the higher the sintering temperature is, the larger the room-temperature resistivityis.
