摘要
血浆同型半胱氨酸的代谢异常导致的高同型半胱氨酸血症是动脉粥样硬化和冠心病的一个独立危险因素。针对高同型半胱氨酸与动脉粥样硬化和斑块稳定之间的确切联系,以及药物干预等问题成为研究的热点。现主要通过致炎症因子、氧化应激及内质网应激、免疫反应等多种细胞机制水平对同型半胱氨酸的作用作一综述。
The malmetabolism of plasma (Hcy) leads to hyperhomocysteinemia, The latter is an independent risk factor in atherosclerosis and coronary artery disease ( CAD ) , so the exact link between Hcy and vulnerable plaque and drug therapy is being increasingly recognised. This article reviews the effects of Hcy on atherosclerosis and CAD by multiple cellular molecular mechanisms such as proinflammative factors, oxidative stress, endoplasmic reticulum, and immune reaction.
